Vendor Information and Rules

Thank you for being a part of February Fire 2024!

Our Awards Celebration will take place at Homegrown VA at 1704 Arlington Rd, Richmond, 23230, on February 28 from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm. We’re expecting a lively day with a large, diverse crowd. To ensure a positive and thriving experience for both vendors and patrons, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Booth Setup and Hours of Operation:

Load in begins at 9:00 am and ends at 10:30 am on Saturday morning, February 28. Please be prepared to begin the festivities at 11:00. If you prefer to load in Friday evening, please contact Josh at info@13plants.com to arrange this.

We will have your spot designated for you on Saturday morning, and there will be volunteers who can help you load in if needed.

Our event will take place from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm. VIP ticket holders will be admitted beginning at 11:00 am, the general public at 1:00 pm. Your booth must be staffed by at least one person during the entire event, and we ask that your booth remain active during the entire duration of the event.

You will receive a Vendor Pass when you load in. Please check with Josh when loading in to ensure that you have passes for anyone who will be helping you. This will ensure their access to the event prior to doors opening at 1:00 for the general public.

You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, and tent. We will have some larger tents set up for vendors who do not have a tent of their own and for use in the event of inclement weather. If you have a need for a spot in one of our larger tents, a table, or any other equipment, please contact Josh at info@13plants.com and we’ll figure that out.

Vendor tents must be staked or weighted so as not to blow away in the event we get weather.

Please set up inside the spot designated for your booth, being mindful of your neighbors and the public spaces where event attendees will be walking.

Power can be provided to our outdoor booths. If you have a need for electricity, please bring a long extension cord. We ask that you do not use power to run space heaters or anything that draws a bunch of electricity.

Selling and Sharing:

Transactions deemed to be illegal in the state of Virginia are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from selling any cannabis flower, concentrates, edibles, etc… if it’s not legal to sell in Virginia, please do not sell it.

Adult sharing per Virginia law is allowed.

Vendors are encouraged to sell legal wares… genetics, glass, shirts, promotional items, we want our attendees to have all sorts of cool shit to purchase!

Your Booth:

Please be respectful of your neighbors and our patrons by keeping noise levels down. If you choose to play music at your booth, please keep the volume at a reasonable level.

Please keep trash in and around your area cleaned up, disposing of trash in the dumpster or in one of the trash cans provided. If something happens in your area that requires attention, please communicate your need to one of our Bud Tender volunteers or event staff.

Foster a sense of community by being respectful and supportive of fellow vendors.

Refrain from encroaching on neighboring booths or interfering with their operations.

Demonstrations and samplings (adult sharing) are acceptable at booths. However, we cannot allow any cannabis flower processing to take place at our event, as any “extraction” is in violation of Virginia law.

You are responsible for the security of your property at your booth.

Please report any suspicious activity to event staff.

Please leave your booth area clean at the end of the day.

Communication:

If you have questions or specific needs for your booth, please email Josh at info@13plants.com.

Please communicate any needs you have as a vendor during the event to a nearby Bud Tender or other member of the Event Staff.

We welcome your feedback as we work to make February Fire a fun, engaging, inviting experience for everyone in attendance. If you have questions of any kind, suggestions, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me at info@13plants.com.
