For your entry, please do not label your samples in any way. We want to ensure the judges have a “blind” experience without extra information or branding swaying their evaluations.

Judges will have potency (from the lab) and intended effects (from this form) shared with them prior to their evaluations.

Please be as complete as possible with your responses. We are letting the entries draw our map this year, and will adjust our awards based on what types of entries show up. Creativity is highly encouraged!
